On the blog page itself, on the left side of the page, you will see two small icons (one an RSS icon, one a facebook icon). Underneath these icons is a box in which you can put your email address. After you have entered your email address, click on 'subscribe.' Once you have done this, it should pull up a page for you to complete the subscription process. Then an email will be sent to you, with a link for you to click... and from that point on you will receive email notifications each time a new blog is posted.
